I've always dreamed of seeing Hawaii & told my late husband this was a vacation I would really want to do. Unfortunately I lost him to cancer. However dreams have a way of coming true. My daughter & son-in-law planned a family vacation to Hawaii. My Grandson & I went as well as a sister-in-law. I must admit that I was a bit apprehensive of some of the excursions which were planned. Could I really snorkel & spend a good part of our days in the water? At the age of 62, I can't believe that I did it all!!

We were on NCL's Pride of America June 28 to July 5. Their excursions were OUT OF THIS WORLD!! In Kona, we all went on the Captain Zodiac excursion. Captain Collin (Whom I noticed reminded me of Michael J. Fox!) & Laura gave us an excursion of a lifetime! They were well matched as guides for our adventure. On the way down to the Captain Cook Monument we not only saw dolphins & pilot whales, but a marlin jumping out of the water. The trip back was AWESOME!! Going close to the shoreline & seeing the lava formations & the movement of the tide as it smashed against the shore were exciting. All the things I saw on our 2 weeks in Hawaii reminded me of a gospel chorus that says "Our God is an awesome God!".

I want to thank Collin & Laura for shairng their knowledge of Hawaii with us. There was fun & laughter through out the whole excursion. Would I do this again if I were able to revisit Hawaii? In a heartbeat! Keep up the excitment for many more people.

They were absolutely the MOST fun and your excursion was the best trip of my visit to Hawaii. And believe me, I did ALL the rest...(zip-line, para-sail, whale watch ETC!!) You NEED to know that part of going on the best trip had to do with having the freakin' BEST tour guides...again.... CHAD AND LAURA!!! So thanks for the memories and take care.

We would like to thank Darren & Patty for the best day we spent in Hawaii. The trip was exciting from the start for someone who does not swim ( the Mermaid). Patty was so kind she knew from the start I was a little scared. She quickly put my fears to rest and I had a wonderful time. Darren was determined to make the day as exciting as possible from watching the Pilot Whales, the White Tip Sharks, Pygmy Sperm Whale and the Hammerhead Sharks. He was very informative and shared his knowledge with the group. What a trip.

But, there was more knowing I could not swim Patty was there to encourage me when we were ready to snorkel. Thank you Patty. I never would have imagined the beautiful site I was about to see I am so thankful I was on this trip.

Hi! I just returned from Hawaii and I had to email you and tell you that Captain Zodiac was definitely a highlight in my trip. Captain Chad and Leslie were awesome, funny, informative and gave us an experience I will never forget. The snorkeling was the best I have ever experienced. The spinner dolphins were very cool. The ride alone was an awesome adventure!

On Wednesday, February 27th my husband and I had the pleasure of taking a Zodiac boat/snorkeling trip with "Captain Karl" and his mate Sarah. We were passengers on "The Pride of America" and booked it through NCL. Even though it had been over 40 years from my last snorkeling trip Capt. Karl was patient, supportive and we had a great time.

The ages of participants on board ranged probably 35 years apart, but everyone was treated with equal respect and enthusiasm.

It was a wonderful trip!

Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed our Captain Zodiac tour. We went on Wednesday, March 12th with Captain Chad and First Mate Leslie. We have two daughters ages 9 and 11 and they had the time of their lives!! This is an experience they will never forget. We saw whales, a huge variety of fish and even raced a Flying Fish. Chad has a great personality and made the trip so fun for everyone! He joked with the kids and made them laugh a lot. We forgot our towels and he even lent the girls his towel when they got out of the water. I can't say enough great things about this experience. Chad and Leslie are the best.

We stayed at a home at Mauna Lani resort and will recommend that all guests try a Captain Zodiac tour with Chad. Mahalo!!
